    • I am a new user. Where can I see how your site works?

      In order to see basic details about how our site works, how you can meet new people and so on, visit "How It Works" page (link is at the bottom of the page).

    • How I can confirm my email address?

      After registration we will send you a confirmation letter, so you could confirm your email address by clicking on the link. Please, use your personal email, not a fake one, in other way your account will not be activated.

      Notice:

      1. Visit Doulike and in appeared confirmation pop-up check if you entered correct email.If it’s not correct, click "Change email" link to change your email
      2. The activation email will arrive in 5-10 minutes, if you do not have it in your incoming messages check spam/junk folder.If it's there, mark email as "not junk" to be sure you will receive emails from DoULike
      3. Also you can confirm by clicking on "Confirm with Facebook" button
    • How can I cancel my account?
      1. Log in the desktop version of the site.
      2. In the top right corner click on your display name
      3. Choose 'Settings' section
      4. Choose 'Account Cancellation'
      5. Click 'Cancel Account' button

      After this nobody will see your photo and your account will be automatically deleted.

    • How can I edit my profile?

      Desktop:

      1. Log in to your Doulike account
      2. Click on your display name in the top right corner.
      3. Choose ‘My profile’.
      4. Click on ‘Edit’ button at the end of each line to edit/change information.

      iOS and Android app:

      1. Open Doulike app
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner
      3. Tap on your display name
      4. In opened ‘Profile info’ window tap on the section you want to edit.
      5. Choose the question and answer
      6. Information will be saved automatically

      Web browser on mobile phone:

      1. Log in to your Doulike account
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner
      3. In the list tap on ‘My profile’ tab
      4. In opened window tap on section you want to edit/change
      5. Choose the answer
      6. Save info
    • I saw Ask link in user`s profile. How can I put it in my profile?

      Ask link appears automatically if user doesn`t choose some answer filling in his/her profile and leaves it as "No answer" or "Doesn`t matter".

      So if you don`t put your Marital status you can see it as "No answer" in your profile. But other users see it as "Ask" link. If they are interested in this info they click on it and you`ll be notified about that.

    • How can I add information under my photo?

      "About Me" info can be seen by all users under your photo, this may contain some interesting information about you

      To add/edit ‘About Me’ info on desktop:

      1. Click on your display name in the top left corner
      2. Click on ‘My profile’
      3. Find ‘About me’ section and click on ‘Edit’
      4. Enter info about yourself in the box.
      5. Click ‘Save’ button.

      To add/edit ‘About me’ info on iOS and Android apps:

      1. Open Doulike app
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner
      3. Tap on your display name
      4. In opened ‘Profile info’ window tap on the section ‘About me’
      5. Enter info about yourself
      6. Info will be automatically saved

      To add/edit ‘About me’ using web browser on your phone:

      1. Log in to your Doulike account
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner
      3. In the list tap on ‘My profile’ tab
      4. In opened window tap on section ‘About Me’
      5. Write info and save it.
    • Why does the text I write about myself keep disappearing?

      There are rules due to which moderators can delete your About Me data. All requirements are listed in User`s agreement.

      The following is a partial list of the type of content that is illegal or prohibited on the Web site, content that:

      1. is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
      2. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
      3. contains contact information i.e. e-mail address, URL, instant messaging, written on your photo or mentioned in the Personal data;
      4. contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
      5. displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
      6. solicits passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
    • I do not want to receive notification letters from the site. How to turn them off?

      To cancel notification letters:

      1. Log in to your Doulike account
      2. Click on your display name in the top right corner
      3. Choose 'Settings' section
      4. Click on 'My notifications'
      5. Uncheck the boxes of those letters you don't want to receive.
      6. Click "Save" button.
    • How to unsubscribe from notifications on Facebook?

      To directly unlike a Page:

      • Go to the Page by clicking on its name in your News Feed or searching for it;
      • Under the Page's cover photo on the right side, hover your mouse over the Liked button;
      • Select Unlike from the menu that appears.

      To unlike a Page from your smartphone:

      • Go to the Page by clicking on its name in your News Feed or searching for it;
      • Under the Page's cover photo on the left side, tap the Liked button
    • I want to change a language of the website. How can I do this?

      To switch language on Desktop:

      1. Scroll down to the bottom of Doulike.com page
      2. Click on installed language
      3. Choose appropriate language in the list
      4. language will be automatically changed

      In mobile app language is chosen automatically according to the language of mobile system.

    • How can I change my e-mail address?

      To change your e-mail address on Desktop:

      1. Log in to your Doulike account
      2. In the top right corner click on your display name
      3. Choose ‘Settings’ section
      4. Click on ‘My email’
      5. Write your new valid email
      6. A confirmation letter will be sent to verify the new address

      iOS and Android apps:

      1. Open doulike app
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ in the top left corner
      3. Tap on ‘Settings’ section and then on ‘Email’
      4. Write your new valid email
      5. It will be changed automatically

      Web browser on mobile

      1. Open doulike page

    • How can I change my password?

      To change your password:

      1. Click on your display name in the top right corner
      2. Click on 'My password'
      3. Enter old password first.
      4. Enter new password twice.
      5. Click "Save" button.
    • How can I cancel my account?

      Log in the desktop version of the site.

      1. In the top right corner click on your display name
      2. Choose 'Settings' section
      3. Choose 'Account Cancellation'
      4. Click 'Cancel Account' button

      After this nobody will see your photo and your account will be automatically deleted.

      We will really appreciate if you notify us about the reasons why you want to cancel your membership. This will help us to make our service better. Thank you in advance.

    • How to upload photo on the website?

      Downloading photos can be done differently depending on which device do you use.

      Adding photos from Desktop:

      1. Open web browser, log in to your Doulike.com account.
      2. In the top right corner click on your display name
      3. In opened menu select Photo section
      4. There are three options:
        - Download photo from computer
        - Take photos with webcam
        - Import photos from Facebook
      5. You can upload up to 30 photos

      Adding photos from iOS and Android apps:

      1. Open Doulike app
      2. Select menu in the top left corner
      3. Tap on your display name
      4. You will see two tabs: ’Profile info’ and ‘Photos’. Tap on ‘Photos’
      5. Tap on Plus Button
      6. In opened window choose the way of adding photos:
        - you can either take a photo or download it from your mobile
        - import it from Facebook

      Adding photos from web browser on your phone:

      1. Open your web browser, log in to your Doulike.com account.
      2. In the top left corner select the ‘Menu’ icon
      3. In opened menu tap on ‘My profile’
      4. You will see two tabs: ’Profile info’ and ‘Photos’. Tap on ‘Photos’
      5. In opened window choose the way of adding photos:
        - click on ‘Upload photo’ (you can either take a photo or download it from your mobile)
        - click on ‘Import photos from Facebook’
    • How to upload photo on Facebook application?

      To add your photos on Facebook application:

      1. Open application.
      2. Go to the My profile page of your account.
      3. Choose Photos tab.
      4. To upload from Facebook albums:

        - Choose the album;

        - Click on a photo you want to upload;

        - In the Pop Up window you can crop or/and rotate photo;

        - Click "Save changes" button to save changes or click "Cancel" button to cancel changes or to close the window.

      5. To upload from your computer:

        - Click on tab "From Your Computer";

        - Browse photo;

        - Click on "Upload Photo";

        - In the Pop Up window you can crop or/and rotate photo;

        - Click "Save changes" button to save changes or click "Cancel" button to cancel changes or to close the window.

    • How could I change my primary photo?

      To change your primary photo:

      Desktop:

      1. Log in the desktop version of the site;
      2. In the top right corner click on your display name;
      3. Choose ‘Photos’ Section;
      4. You can choose one of additional photos you already downloaded and set it as a primary photo;
      5. Under the photo click on ‘Set as primary’;
      6. Or scroll down and find ‘Upload photo’ button, click on it;
      7. Select photo you want to add;
      8. Under uploaded photo, click on ‘Set as primary’.

      iOS and Android apps: :

      1. Open doulike app;
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ in the top left corner;
      3. Tap on your display name;
      4. You can choose one of additional photos you already downloaded and set it as a primary photo;
      5. Tap on the photo, in the bottom of the page tap on 'Set Primary';

    • Why my photo was not approved?

      The decision to approve or reject your photo is made by moderator. The reasons why your photo can be rejected are listed below:

      1. Your picture is too small. The resolution of your picture must be 300x300 or higher.
      2. Group photos are not acceptable. It is not clear who in the picture is you. You may circle yourself in the picture or point with an arrow using any photo editor program.
      3. Contact information i.e. e-mail address, URL, instant messaging, written on your photo or mentioned in the Personal data.
      4. The quality of your picture is low. Your face is not clearly visible or you're too far away from the camera.
      5. The person depicted in the photo is underage.
      6. Your profile contains advertising.
      7. The person depicted in the photo is a celebrity or model, or it is not your photo.
      8. You have written too little information about yourself.
      9. Excessive nudity, XXX-material, provocative poses, offensive gestures.
      10. The E-mail address written in your account is wrong or its impossible to deliver to your e-mail address. Please change your e-mail address. Otherwise your account will be deleted in a month.
      11. Your face should be clearly visible in the photo. No pictures of animals, nature, cars, body parts etc. are allowed. People want to see your face.
    • System denies accepting my photo. Why?

      Please make sure the resolution of your photo is 300x300 or higher.

    • I do not have a photo. What can I do?

      You cannot participate in public voting without a portrait photo,users must see who are they voting for.If you do not have any photo you can easily take it by using webcam

    • How can I manage my photos?
      1. Primary photo couldn’t be deleted, only changed and ‘LIKE’ counter will be annulled ( if you set your secondary photo as a primary this will not happen)
      2. Secondary photos could be deleted, rotated, or you can set one of them as a primary one
      3. You can easily download up to 30 photos
    • I added new photo. Why can`t I contact people?

      All new photos have to be approved by our moderators. Moderator approval may take up to 24 hours.

      We do this to avoid the situations when users upload photos with excessive nudity, offensive gestures, low-quality photos etc. Face must be clearly visible on the applied photo. Pictures of animals, nature, cars, body parts etc. are not acceptable.

    • How many photos can I add?

      You can upload up to 30 photos.

    • I uploaded photo and my votes were back to zero. Why?

      If you upload a new photo as a primary, your 'LIKE' counter will be annulled. To avoid this situation upload new photo then set it as a primary one.

    • How can I rotate my photo?

      On the website you can rotate photo only after uploading it.

      To rotate photo you need to hover cursor on the photo, and choose rotation type (left or right).

      Then it will be automatically saved.


      To rotate photo on Facebook application:

      1. Open application.
      2. Go to the My profile page of your account.
      3. Choose Photos tab.
      4. Click "Edit" button under the photo your want to rotate.
      5. Click on the arrow which corresponds the way you want to rotate your photo.
      6. Click "Save Changes" button.
    • How can I delete my photo?

      To delete photo:

      1. Go to the My profile page of your account.
      2. Select the Photos tab.
      3. Choose the photo you want to delete.
      4. Under this photo find wastebasket and click on it.
      5. Your photo will be deleted.

      If you have only one photo, you cannot delete it.

    • There is no answer to my question.
  • Meeting People

    • How can I meet someone here?

      You can find new people on Meet People page setting preferable gender, age and location.

      So that somebody became your Match you both should click 'LIKE' to each other's photos. Only after that a new user will be added to your Match list and you will be able to send him/her messages.

    • My friend is registered here. How can I find him?

      You can find a definite user by direct link to his/her profile which has to be given to you by him/her. Just follow it, click 'LIKE' and wait for a respond.

    • How can I see people who've clicked 'LIKE' to my photo?

      - Notification links. Every day we send you e-mails with links to people who have voted LIKE to your photo.

      - 'Like Me' page. Now you can see all users who voted LIKE for you on the "Like Me" page.

      - Meet people page. You can see photos of people who have clicked LIKE to your photo when you're looking through photos on the Meet People page. Above the photos of those people you'll see the title "This user likes you".

    • I cannot see users on 'Who viewed Me' and 'Like Me' pages. Why?

      To see who clicked 'LIKE' for You or Who viewed Your profile you need to vote for 20 people on "Meet People" page.

      NOTE: For unlimited access to this page you have to Upgrade your Membership.

    • Every time I click 'LIKE' for someone system sends message from me. Why is that?

      There is an option to send to all users you clicked 'LIKE', messages with gifts. It can be activated on I Like page or in the Settings section. Once you activate it system automatically sends message with gift to the user you vote LIKE for.

      To turn off automatic sending message and gift:

      1. Click on your display name in the top right corner.
      2. Find 'Intoductory message' section
      3. Click 'Disable' to cancel automatic sending message and gift.
      4. Or click 'Enable' to change the message or/and gift.
    • How can I delete a user?

      If you want to delete users from the lists on Who viewed Me, Like Me or I Like pages,go to these pages and before the list of people there will be 'Delete selected' button.Put 'Check' near 'All' or near user you want to delete and he/she will be deleted. Do the same actions to delete your Match.

    • What does a star near the user mean?

      Star members are marked with the stars and they are shown in the Star members section.

    • How can I see users who are online?

      Online people are indicated with the special blue image with blinking green waves next to his/her name in the list of Matches or near the Like/Next buttons on the Meet People page.

  • Subscription

    • How can I upgrade?

      You can see all the details about how to upgrade your membership on the Upgrade Membership page of your account. You can see the link "Upgrade membership" on the left side of the screen

    • What subscription plans do you have on the website?

      On our website we have the following subscription plans:

      1 month $19.95 /per month.

      3 months $14.95 /per month (Save 25%).

      6 months $9.95 /per month (Save 50%).

      Paying for 3 and 6 months you`ll be charged for the whole sum at once.

    • Do I need to upgrade after every paid period?

      No, you don`t. Every subscription will be automatically renewed when it is about to expire.

    • How can I subscribe for one period?

      To subscribe for one period (1, 3 or 6 months):

      1. Click on ‘Upgrade Membership’ in the top left corner of the page.
      2. Choose period you want to pay for.
      3. Pay with Credit Card or PayPal account (if using iOS or Android apps-with iTunes or Google Play account).
      4. Before expiration date click on your display name, find ‘Settings’ section, click on Star Membership cancellation.
      5. In opened window click on cancellation link.
      6. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be re-billed anymore. You will be a star member and will be able to send messages till the end of the period.
    • If I want to cancel subscription what should I do?

      To cancel your subscription:

      1. Click on your display name in the top right corner
      2. Choose 'Settings' section
      3. In opened window choose 'Star Membership cancellation'
      4. In opened window click on the link

      After that you won't be charged for another period and will be able to send messages till the end of the paid period. Then your account will be transformed into free Basic-membership.

    • What do the bonus shows mean?

      The number of bonus shows indicates how many times you were shown in Star Members box at the bottom of the page.

    • Should both users have to be Star members to exchange messages?

      Star members can contact any user of the site. It is not necessarily for both interlocutors to be paying members. Users can read and reply to messages from Star members without restrictions.

    • I've paid for membership. Why I am not a Star Member yet?

      After you have paid for membership you should wait 2-3 hours. It takes time for authorizing your payment between the Payment system and your bank.

    • How can I pay?

      You can pay by your Credit Card or use your PayPal account.

      If you use Android or iOS apps you can pay via iTunes or Google Play.

    • Can I pay using cell phone or transfer money via MoneyGram, Western Union etc.?

      Unfortunately, no. You can pay only by Credit Card or PayPal account.

    • What Credit Card can I use to upgrade my Subscription?

      We accept most of Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Maestro, Diners Club, Visa Electron, JCB, and many more international and regional cards.

    • What is ‘Credit’, how can I get it?

      Credit is the profit you get for:

      1. Inviting friends from Facebook; 2 credits for each friend;
      2. Adding app on Facebook, iTunes or Google Play; 5 credits;
      3. Sharing link of your Doulike profile with your friends or posting it on your website.
    • How can I use credits?

      By using credits you can:

      1. Send gifts to people you like; 11 for each gift;
      2. Send messages; 37 for each message (sending messages is free for women);
      3. Get more shows for your photo.
    • How can I use Credits to send a message?

      To send Message using Credits you need to:

      1. Click on ‘Mail’ or ‘Matches’ sections;
      2. Choose member to whom you want to send message and click on ‘Send Message’;
      3. At the bottom of the page click on ‘Pay 37 credits’ to send message for free.
    • How can I buy credits?

      You can earn credits in 3 ways:

      1. Inviting your friends on Facebook;.
      2. Getting our Application on Facebook,iTunes or Google Play;
      3. Sharing your link with your friends.

      There is no possibility to buy credits by money.

    • I invited friends and didn`t get credits. Why?

      As soon as your friends join our site through your invitation you`ll get credits.

    • There is no answer to my question.
  • Matches

    • How can I add someone to my Match list?

      For somebody to become your Match you both should click Like to each other's photos. Only after that a new user will be added to your list of Matches.

    • How can I find out if someone becomes my Match?

      - Notification links. Every day we send you e-mails notifying about new Matches. Make sure this notification is enabled.

      - Matches page. If you have new Match(es) there will be a number in the green circle above the Matches tab.

    • Where can I see user`s age or location?

      On "Meet People" page there is a shorten user`s profile presented. It consists of the photos and a caption under the Primary photo. When you add user to your Match list you can see the whole profile with information such as name, age, location, interests, favorite sports etc.

    • I receive photos of wrong gender. Why?

      1. Please, check your Search Filter settings:

      Desktop

      1. Click on “Meet People”;
      2. Above the photo of a member click on “Filter” ;
      3. Choose Gender, Age and Location;
      4. Click “Search”.

      iOS and Anddroid apps:

      1. Open doulike app;
      2. On ‘Meet People’ page tap on ‘Filter’ in top right corner;
      3. Choose Gender, Age and Location;
      4. Tap on ‘Back’ in the top left corner.

      Web Browser on mobile:

      1. Go to doulike.com;
      2. On ‘Meet People’ page tap on ‘Filter’ in top right corner;
      3. Choose Gender, Age and Location;
      4. Tap on ‘Search’.

      2. This problem can also occur if you put the wrong gender in your profile.To change 'Gender' section:

      Desktop:

      1. Click on your display name in the top right corner;
      2. Click on “My profile” section;
      3. Hover cursor on your username in the right side of your photo;
      4. Click on ‘Edit’ button;
      5. Choose your gender;
      6. Click “Save”.

      iOS and Android apps:

      1. Open doulike app;
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ in the top left corner;
      3. Tap on your display name;
      4. In the top right corner tap on ‘Edit’;

      6. All changes will be saved automatically;

      Web browser on mobile:

      1. Go to doulike.com;

    • I was talking to a user and then he/she disappeared. What has happened?

      Match can disappear from your list in such cases:

      1. He/she has deleted you from his/her Match list.
      2. He/she has inactivated the account.
    • How can I get more Matches?

      To get more Matches:

      1. Upload your portrait photos of a good quality so that users could see your face clearly.
      2. Fill in your Profile ("About me" , your interests, who you are looking for etc.).
      3. Add your photo to the Star members box on the left side of the page.
      4. Vote more. The more you vote the more you seen.
    • How can I delete a Match?

      Desktop:

      1. Click on ‘Matches’ at the top of the page;
      2. In opened list choose member(s) you want to delete from your Matches;
      3. Put ‘Check’ near this member(s);
      4. Above the list of members click on ‘Delete selected’.

      iOS and Android apps:

      1. Open doulike app;
      2. Tap on ‘Menu’ in the top left corner;
      3. Choose ‘Matches’ section;
      4. In opened window find member(s) you want to delete;
      5. In the top right corner of his/her (their) photo tap on ‘Minus’;
      6. This member(s) will be deleted from your ‘Matches’.

      You can’t delete member from your ‘Matches’ using web browser of your mobile phone.

  • Messaging

    • How can I contact my Match?

      To contact your Match:

      1. Go to the Matches page of your account.
      2. Click on "send message" button.
    • I received a message,but can`t read it.

      If you receive a notification about new e-mail from Basic member you`ll be able to read message as soon as one of you upgrades membership or gets enough credits.

      As a free member of our site you can send standard flirt messages to all members and your own messages only if you are a paying member.

    • I cannot send a message.

      As a Basic Member you can send only free flirt messages. To send your own message you have to upgrade your Membership.

    • I`ve upgraded my membership. How can I contact a user?

      You can easily contact every user of our site. In 'Meet people' section click on 'Chat' near 'Like' button. In other 'Who viewed me', 'Matches', 'Like me', 'I like', 'Mail' sections, click on 'Send Message' buttton, write a message and send it.

    • I`ve received a notification about a gift. Where can I see it?

      Messages, Flirt messages and Gifts are shown on the Mail page.

      There you will see the list of users who send you messages or gifts. On the right side of user click on 'Open message' button and you will be able to read it.

    • How can I delete a message?

      You can't delete only one message, you can delete all your conversation history. To do this you need to:

      1. Click on 'Mail' section in the top right corner;
      2. In opened list put 'Check' near user whose message you want to delete;
      3. Above the list of messages click on 'Delete selected';
      4. Message history will be deleted.
    • What is the purpose of flirt messages?

      On our site there is a list of standard flirt messages. We believe it will make a first step to communication much easier for our users.

    • How can I get more responses?

      Not all users log in their accounts every day that`s why you need to wait for a while to get responses. To get responses from your Matches you may stick to these suggestions:

      1. Message your Matches right away when you add them. In this case you have more chances to receive response.
      2. Write to all your Matches not only to some of them.
      3. Send informative messages to attract attention not just "Hello. How are you?"
      4. Upload portrait photos of a good quality to catch a user`s eye.
      5. To attract more interest you can send gifts expressing your liking, missing, lusting, send hugs or just to flirt.
    • I changed my photo. Why can`t I read my message?

      Every time you change your profile it goes under moderation and needs to be approved by the moderator. It may take up to 24 hours. During this period you are not able to send messages and other users can`t see you.

      Moderation is the process of approving or eliminating of information that user add to his/her profile. Every time you change your profile it needs to be approved by the moderator. It may take up to 24 hours.

    • What is the purpose of moderation?

      All new photos and information must be approved by our moderators.

      We do this to avoid the situations when users upload photos with excessive nudity, offensive gestures, low-quality photos etc. Face must be clearly visible on the applied photo. Pictures of animals, nature, cars, body parts etc. are not acceptable.

    • My Primary photo was declined. What should I do?

      The decision to approve or decline your photo is made by moderator.Declined photo is put in red frame, on this photo you can also see the reason why moderator declined it.

    • Why my photos can be declined?

      We can decline your photo with the following reasons:

      1. Your picture is too small. The resolution of your picture must be 300x300 or higher;
      2. Group photos are not acceptable. It is not clear who is you in the picture. You may circle yourself in the picture or point with an arrow using any photo editor program;
      3. Contact information i.e. e-mail address, URL, instant messaging, written on your photo or mentioned in the Personal data;
      4. The quality of your picture is low. Your face is not clearly visible or you're too far away from the camera;
      5. Your photo looks like you are under 18;
      6. Your photo contains advertising in any form;
      7. It seems to us that the person depicted in the photo is a celebrity or model, or it is a photo of someone else;
      8. Excessive nudity, XXX-material, provoking poses, offensive gestures etc.
    • If my profile is rejected what can I do on the website?

      You can vote for users but they won`t see your photo and probably vote Next as a result.You need to upload another photo which will meet all of the requirments of our website.

    • Where can I add your application?

      You can add our application on Facebook or upload it via Apppstore and Google Play on your smartphone.

    • How can I add application?

      To add our application:

      1. Click on 'Credits' near your display name in the top right corner
      2. Click on the social network where you want to add application.
      3. Follow the appeared instructions.

      You can add application on Facebook by clicking on "Connect with Facebook" button at the top of every page.

    • Can I add photos on Facebook application?

      To add your photos on Facebook application:

      1. Open application.
      2. Go to the My profile page of your account.
      3. Choose Photos tab.
      4. To upload from Facebook albums:

        - Choose the album.

        - Click on photo you want to upload.

        - In the pop-up window you can crop or/and rotate photo.

        - Click "Save changes" button to save changes or click "Cancel" button to cancel changes or to close the window.

      5. To upload from your computer:

        - Click on tab "From Your Computer".

        - Browse photo.

        - Click "Upload Photo".

        - In the pop-up window you can crop or/and rotate photo.

        - Click "Save changes" button to save changes or click "Cancel" button to cancel changes or to close the window.

      3. If it's not there click "Option" on the upper right.
      4. Click "Block addresses".
      5. Look at the "Remove Block" section. If you find our address in that section remove it.
      6. If this has happened repeatedly with our emails, try adding our e-mail address to your address book.

      HOTMAIL

      1. Login to your Hotmail account.
      2. Check your Junk Mail Folder. If it's there click the "Not Junk Mail" button while viewing the message in your Junk Mail Folder.
      3. If it's not there click "Options"
      4. On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.
      5. Click Safe List.
      6. Type our e-mail address or domain and then click Add.
      7. If this has happened repeatedly with our emails, try adding our e-mail address to your address book.

      AOL MAIL

      1. Check your spam folder if you have one. (If you have AOL 6.0 or above you may access your spam folder by going to Keyword: "Spam Folder" or by visiting your mailbox on AOL 9.0 and above)
      2. If you find the mail from our website is in your spam folder, just hit the "This Is Not Spam" button when you open it.
      3. If this has happened repeatedly with our emails, try adding our e-mail address to your address book.
    • I`ve changed my Primary photo but it shows my old photo. Why?

      Please press Crtl+F5 and check if it is updated. If you it isn`t contact us.
